Our QA Process
Six checkpoints that every product passes through before it leaves our facility.
Raw Material Inspection
Every batch of polymer resin entering our plant is weighed, sampled, and tested for purity before being cleared for production.
In-Process Testing
Dimensional checks are performed on sample units at regular intervals throughout each production run.
Structural Load Testing
Chairs, tables, and industrial containers are subjected to load and stress tests to verify they meet or exceed specified weight ratings.
Final Product Sign-Off
Every batch is checked for surface finish, colour consistency, and dimensional accuracy before it is packaged and dispatched.
